What is Synastry?
On my Youtube channel I quite often refer to something what is called synastry. Honestly, I do not know which other term I should use to describe what I do. Even though it sounds a bit abstract and at times can be quite difficult to teach people new term.
Synastry is part of the relationship astrology. If you order relationship horoscope, synastry will be one of the things I will use and look into to come to any conclusion about your relationship. Birth charts of people involved are also important part of the picture and lastly I search your composite chart, which is different type of chart than synastry. In synastry I search two birth charts of people. There are two main ways how I can search synastry. First is, when we put two birth charts side by side and the second one, is when we put birth chart on the top of each other.

Synastry is truly an art, in a sense. In synastry we can see dynamic of the couple, especially day to day interaction, flow of the energy and overall flavour of this relationship. There is very clearly seen that if we will be having a relationship with this person what it will mean for us and what this other person is bringing into our life. In synastry grid are involved intereactions / inter aspects between all planets and points of each person. And this is what plays the story of the relationship. And let me tell you, not every relationship is equally beneficial for each party, so choose your partner carefully!
Do you feel like your partner does not love you? No wonder if he has his Saturn in hard contact to your Venus in synastry grid. Another part of synastry is called synastry houses overlay. In this part we really experience our partner as permanent transit into our house. This is equally important because house person feels immediately what planet person brings to the table. Do you feel sometimes scared of your partner? It is because he has his Saturn in 12th house in synastry. Do you feel like this was meant to be? No wonder as his Moon is in your 4th house. And list goes on and on…
I really love to study synastry, I have been devoted to it for more than a decade. My clients are often surprised by accuracy of my description. But there is no magic there, really. I believe you can get good reading from someone who has 1. experiences 2. knowledge 3. intuition. These are my 3 components I would look for in an astrologer.
